The localization of Chinese valves has always been arduous and a long way to go. Despite years of efforts, China's valve localization has made gratifying progress. A major breakthrough has been made in the key valves of China Nuclear Power Plant; Kaifeng high-pressure valve million unit WB36 forged steel valve was successfully developed; Zigong high-pressure valve large-diameter fully welded forged steel pipe line ball valve, Chengdu Chengfeng valve large-diameter flat gate valve "Successful application on the pipeline... But there is a certain gap in its series of complete sets and special working conditions. For example, valves used in many key projects in the country, such as high-parameter, environmentally friendly, and energy-saving valves, still rely on imports. Relying on imports is always easy to get stuck by others. As a large modern country and a large consumer country, to achieve continuous improvement in the level of technology and equipment, it is not enough to import advanced technology and equipment from abroad. The research and development of domestically made advanced technology and equipment must be accelerated to change this dependence. If China's valve companies want to fundamentally change the state of dependence, they must understand the country's valve localization in key industries and projects. As a result, efforts are made to realize all localization of Chinese valves. According to the "Eleventh Five-Year Plan" national industrial structure adjustment (related to the valve industry) and relevant provisions of the encouragement category, the analysis of its localization is as follows: The localization of valves in the coal and coal chemical industries 1. Pipeline coal transportation in the United States and Russia is no longer news. In China, the "Yu (County)-Wei (Fang)-Qing (Island)" coal pipeline, which has been demonstrated for more than ten years and has long been known, is still facing the suspense of the birth certificate. This means that China has not yet put into construction a pipeline for coal transportation. So, the localization of valves used in coal pipelines is impossible to talk about. 2. Coal chemical industry In order to meet the needs of my country's energy structure adjustment, the research and development of large-scale coal chemical equipment is listed as one of the 16 major technical equipment tasks that the country vigorously develops during the "Eleventh Five-Year Plan", and the localization of large-scale coal chemical equipment It is also the focus of future work. The rapid development of the large-scale coal chemical industry requires the support of corresponding technical equipment, especially coal-to-liquid, methanol, synthetic ammonia, and coal-to-olefins and other coal chemical industries that require a large number of large-scale coal chemical equipment. The localization of related technical equipment is an important measure to reduce project investment, save foreign exchange, and improve industrial competitiveness. The main research and development projects of large-scale coal chemical industry equipment include: extra-large hydrogenation reactors, centrifugal pumps and positive displacement pumps for coal liquefaction, special valves for coal liquefaction, oil-coal slurry heating furnaces, large-scale coal slurry homogenization stirrers, large Thrust reciprocating compressors and large centrifugal compressors, special waste heat boilers, large coal preparation equipment, oil residue gasification core equipment, large natural gas hydrogen production core equipment, etc. In addition, the National Development and Reform Commission initially proposed a plan to use coal liquefaction to produce 60 million tons of oil products per year, with a total investment of about 420 billion yuan, of which equipment investment will account for about 200 billion yuan. At present, Shenhua's large-scale coal-to-liquid project of 5 million tons of refined oil has started construction and progressed smoothly in Ordos, Inner Mongolia, with an estimated total investment of about 35 billion yuan. In addition, there are Shenhua Yulin Coal Liquefaction Project in northern Shaanxi and coal liquefaction expansion project of the Institute of Coal Chemistry of the Chinese Academy of Sciences. Coal-to-liquid (liquid coal-to-liquid method) is a new technology to be developed during the "Eleventh Five-Year Plan" period. The state has approved the construction of a direct coal liquefaction project with an annual output of 5 million tons in Inner Mongolia. The process conditions of the direct coal liquefaction device are very harsh, and the requirements on the valve are very high: the medium temperature is 420-500℃; the working pressure is 17-30MPa; the solid particle content is 20-80%. The localization of the valve for coal liquefaction is an urgent task for the valve industry.
